We currently deal with Landlords, Estate Agents and Estate Management companies to sort all UPVC repairs and maintenance contracts.
We deal directly with tenants and have expertise in liaising with vulnerable tenants, always keeping the landlord aware, especially when working with safeguarding guidelines.
We agree competitive prices in advance to ensure swift resolution of problems, keeping tenants happy. We also give advice to tenants to prevent further repairs in the future.
Invoices are then sent direct to the landlord for payment. We often have immediate availability for emergency jobs.
